Qigong

Qigong, (pronounced Chi-Kung) is an ancient self-care system which has been practised by millions of people throughout China for centuries and is becoming more popular in the West.

The slow and gentle exercise combined with deep rhythmic breathing practised in Qigong is ideal for the student who is looking for a way to improve their health and vitality, find inner peace and happiness.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice where an individual focuses their mind on a particular object, thought or activity with the intention of bringing their mind to stillness. The practice of meditation is usually done by sitting in the quiet and clutter-free environment, taking a comfortable position before closing their eyes and connecting with their inner self.

Colour Therapy

I have been aware of my psychic abilities since early childhood and one of these gifts enables me to see colours when I meditate and practice Qigong. I found this powerful energy vibration increased my ability to heal myself physically, mentally and spiritually. Over the past twenty years, I have had the privilege to teach this amazing therapy to others.
